Catering by the Bay is family owned and operated by Rick and Nadine Smith.  They collectively have over sixty-five years of experience in the catering business.  Both began working for other caterers in their teen years, which is when they quickly learned their love for the business.  

Along with Rick and Nadine, CBTB has a magnificent staff led by General Manager/
Seasoned Gourmet Chef, Mike Sipple.  Mike has been with CBTB for over seventeen years.  He carefully manages a professional staff whose main focus is to provide superior service.
